Additionally, Pathchala is registered under sections 12AB and 80G of the Income Tax Act. Under section 80G of the Income Tac Act, donors can claim a deduction of  tax on the donations made to non profit organization “Pathchala” in India. This deduction is available to both individuals companies and the amount that can be claimed depends on the nature of the donation. We also obtained the Unique Corporate ID from the Registrar of Companies, Government of India, thereby enabling us to participate in CSR projects and activities.
